Boat House Accommodation

Price: £95 per night (min of 2 night stay) or £395 per week

If you require accommodation for 1 or 2 extra people there is a £30 supplement.  Please request sofa bed & linen at time of booking. Any extra persons not pre-booked will be charged for from deposit.

Prices do not rise during school holidays or peak periods, so please book early to avoid disappointment!

The ‘Boat House’ is a small, New England style, studio apartment with clean lines & simple comforts.  Situated within a series of architecturally unique apartments, which rise & fall with the tide (approximately 6 meters, so the views over the marina wall will vary depending on the time of day!).  The apartments are built on a floating jetty which offers a west facing terrace overlooking the pontoons & setting sun.   This self catering apartment is approximately 5 meters above the water within the marina and surrounded by yachts. Unless you actually stay on a yacht or boat in the marina, you cannot get any closer to the sea!

Downstairs includes a sitting room with terrace & shower wet room with wc & sink.  A wooden staircase rises from the open plan kitchenette to a mezzanine balcony  with double bed, hanging rail, vanity desk overlooking the sitting room. Facilities include a microwave, kettle,under counter fridge, oven, two ring hob, toaster, crockery & utensils. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools and the sitting room has a settee, coffee table, TV/freeview, CD/radio & free parkimg in the marina!

The Boat House accommodates two people comfortably, but a sofa bed can be provided for an extra family member or 2 children.  There is a £30 supplement for extra people although a cot is available by prior arrangement  at no extra charge.  The apartment has been modified to be suitable for small children although there is no stair gate.  Single night supplements can be agreed by prior arrangement for an additional £30 at selected times.  Arrival times are between 3-6pm although you can collect a  key after these hours. Departure time is before 11am.  A damage/misuse deposit of £200 will be secured against credit/debit cards 3 days prior to the booking or on arrival.
