HIGH SEASON: APRIL - SEPTEMBER £109 per night (min of 2 night stay) or £440 per week.

LOW SEASON: OCTOBER - MARCH £ 95 per night (min of 2 night stay) or £380 per week.

'The Dolls House’ is a small, beautifully designed, bohemian style studio apartment with quirky design and detailing.  Situated within a series of architecturally unique apartments, which rise & fall with the tide - that's a rise and fall of about 6 meters a day, twice a day!  It offers a west facing terrace over looking  the pontoons & setting sun and only a few minutes walk to the marinas cafes and restaurants.

This self catering studio is ideal for couples on short breaks.  It is approximately 5 meters above the water within the marina and surrounded by yachts.  You cannot get any closer to the sea without actually staying on a boat or yacht in the marina! Downstairs includes a kitchenette, a terrace and a shower room with wc & sink.  A staircase rises from the open plan sitting room to a mezzanine balcony and double bed with open plan wardrobe.

The Dolls House comfortably accommodates two people, and there is a booking minimum of two nights.  Single night supplements can be agreed by prior arrangement for an additional £41 at selected times.   Unfortunately due to the design of this apartment, it is not suitable for young children.  Arrival times are between 2-5pm and any variation on these times must be agreed by the office at least 48 hours in advance.  Departure time is before 11am.  A damage/misuse deposit of £200 will be secured against credit/debit cards on arrival.   

Brighton city centre is only a 30 min seafront stroll away, with its bohemian shops & vibrant night life.  Brighton's eclectic Kemptown district is only a 15 minute stroll away.  There are also regular bus & taxi services.  But be sure to explore Brighton Marina’s fantastic facilities which include:
