Absolutely central to all that Brighton has to offer - but amazingly quiet.

The apartments are one above the other in an 1850's house, originally owned
by the master builder who built Queen Square and the old Quaker
Meeting House opposite.

Queen Square is located moments to the east of the famous
old Theatre Royal and new Jubilee Square cultural area with the
historic Lanes and North Laines. South is the beach, and seafront
attractions, clubs and restaurants. Head west into Hove and discover a
whole new town. And north - to the Downs - England's newest National
Park with walking, cycling and horseriding.

Each apartment opens on to a hallway with bathroom and shower
leading off. Stairs up to a landing, off this is the bedroom with
super kingsize bed. This can also convert to twin beds. There are two
spacious wardrobes and two sofa beds in the lounge, offering a
flexible range of sleeping options for a family or a group of friends.

Next is the beautifully sunny open plan living space and kitchen -
diner. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and all the equipment you need to
cook with.

The bar style kitchen island with four bar stools around is a
convivial feature of the living space.

(seconds away) offering really good quality local produce. Also, many

store with a big Food Hall about 30 seconds away on Western Road.
